Abstract

El objetivo primario de esta invención es determinar a través de prismáticos reflectivos y la coloración fosforescente constante en los Reductores de Velocidad colocados en las carreteras para proteger a los peatones de accidentes o muertes por atropellamientos de transito por el exceso de velocidad de los vehículos, en el cruce de poblaciones, zonas escolares, hospitales, etc. Los Reductores de Velocidad son fabricados con armadura metálica y esta es rellena con polímeros y resinas minerales de alta resistencia y esta masa a la vez, posee pigmentos fosforescentes y prismáticos reflectivos para que puedan ser determinados con anticipación al tránsito vehicular al llegar al cruce por estas zonas de alto peligro para los peatones.Otro objetivo de esta invención es proveer un mejorado sistema de fabricación para garantizar la ubicación rápida en las carreteras ya sea en el día o en la noche y en especial en temporales de lluvia o neblina.Otro objetivo de esta invención es proveer un mejorado sistema de instalación en las carreteras ya que al ser determinado por módulos de 60cm de frente, estos se instalan con intervalos adyacentes de 40cm, cubriendo de esta manera 1 metro de espacio por cada modulo y la cantidad a ser utilizada, dependerá del ancho de la carretera, sumada a las tres filas que debe contener toda la zona del área de reducción de velocidad.
