Abstract
The primary objective of this invention is to determine through reflective binoculars and the constant phosphorescent coloration in the Speed Reducers placed on the roads to protect pedestrians from accidents or deaths due to traffic accidents caused by excessive speeding of vehicles. the crossing of populations, school zones, hospitals, etc. The Speed Reducers are manufactured with metal armor and this is filled with high strength mineral polymers and resins and this mass at the same time, has phosphorescent pigments and reflective binoculars so that they can be determined in advance of the vehicular traffic when arriving at the crossing through these high-risk areas for pedestrians. Another objective of this invention is to provide an improved manufacturing system to ensure rapid location on roads either during the day or at night and especially in rainy or foggy storms. This invention is to provide an improved installation system on the roads since being determined by 60cm modules in front, these are installed with adjacent intervals of 40cm, thus covering 1 meter of space for each module and the amount to be used , will depend on the width of the road, added to the three rows that must be contained throughout the area of the area of reduction of ve madness
