Abstract

La invención se refiere a derivados de indolin-2-ona, de fórmula general (I): (I) en la que: - R0, R1, R2 y R4 representan independientemente uno del otro un H, un halógeno, un alquilo (C1-C6), un alcoxi (C1-C6) ; - R3 representa un H, alquilo (C1-C6) ; - Z representa un oxígeno, un grupo alquilo (C1-C6), tetrahidrofuranilo o tetrahidropiranilo, estando dichos grupos opcionalmente sustituidos, - B representa un grupo T-W, en el que T representa un grupo -(CH2)m- y W representa un grupo -CONR6R7 o un grupo -NR8COR9; en el estado de base o de sal farmacéuticamente aceptable, en el estado de hidrato o de solvato, así como sus enantiómeros, diaestereoisómeros y sus mezclas.
