Описаны способы получения ((3aR,6aS)-5-(4,6-диметилпиримидин-2-ил)гексагидропирроло[3,4-c]пиррол-2(1H)-ил)(2-фтор-6-(2H-1,2,3-триазол-2-ил)фенил)метанонаиспользуемые для промышленного производства. Указанное соединение представляет собой модулятор рецептора орексина и может быть использовано в фармацевтических композициях и способах лечения патологических состояний, расстройств и состояний, опосредованных активностью орексина, таких как бессонница и депрессия.
