Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к оборудованию для осуществления газожидкостных процессов. Заявленный барботажный кожухотрубный аппарат содержит по меньшей мере одну вертикальную кожухотрубную секцию, представляющую собой корпус с устройствами ввода реагентов и вывода продуктов реакции, ввода и вывода теплоносителя, а также первую и вторую группу трубок, закрепленных в верхней и нижней трубных решетках. Трубки первой группы выступают за пределы нижней трубной решетки, а трубки второй группы выполнены с расположением их концов, по существу, вровень с нижней трубной решеткой, при этом трубки первой группы распределены, по существу, равномерно по трубной решетке. При осуществлении способа проведения химических реакций в барботажном кожухотрубном аппарате согласно изобретению трубки первой группы работают в качестве циркуляционных трубок, а трубки второй группы работают в качестве барботажных трубок.
