Abstract

RESUMEN La invención se relaciona a equipos para procesos de gas-líquido. El aparato de carcasa y tubos de burbujas comprende al menos una unidad vertical de carcasa y tubos formada como una carcasa con dispositivos de alimentación de reactivos y dispositivos de extracción de productos de reacción, dispositivos de alimentación y extracción de agentes de transferencia de calor, y un primer grupo de tubos y un segundo grupo de tubos que están asegurados en una placa de tubos superior y una placa de tubos inferior. Los tubos del primer grupo de tubos se extienden más allá de la placa de tubos inferior, y los tubos del segundo grupo de tubos están dispuestos de modo que sus extremos estén sustancialmente al ras con la placa de tubos inferior, en donde los tubos del primer grupo de tubos se encuentran distribuidos de manera sustancialmente uniforme sobre la placa de tubos. Al implementar un método para llevar a cabo reacciones químicas en un aparato de carcasa y tubos de burbujas de acuerdo con la invención, los tubos del primer grupo de tubos actúan como tubos de circulación, mientras que los tubos del segundo grupo de tubos actúan como tubos de burbujas (Fig. 6).
