Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к полимеру на основе бифункционального модифицированного биополимера, содержащему по меньшей мере одну полимерную цепь, содержащую n функциональных групп первого типа и m функциональных групп второго типа. Функциональные группы первого типа включают группы, способные к сшиванию по радикальному механизму после свободнорадикальной полимеризации с ростом цепи. Функциональные группы второго типа включают группы, способные к тиоленовому сшиванию. Предпочтительные полимеры на основе бифункциональных модифицированных биополимеров включают бифункциональный модифицированный желатин и бифункциональный модифицированный коллаген. Настоящее изобретение дополнительно относится к способу получения такого полимера на основе бифункционального модифицированного биополимера и к способу получения гидрогеля из такого полимера на основе бифункционального модифицированного биополимера. Кроме того, настоящее изобретение относится к гидрогелям, получаемым из таких полимеров на основе бифункциональных модифицированных биополимеров, и к применению таких гидрогелей.
