Abstract

В изобретении предложены молекулы рекомбинантной ДНК, которые являются уникальными в отношении объекта кукурузы MON87429, а также трансгенные растения кукурузы, части растений кукурузы, семена кукурузы, клетки кукурузы и сельскохозяйственные продукты, содержащие объект кукурузы MON87429, а также способы использования и обнаружения объекта кукурузы MON87429. Трансгенные растения кукурузы, содержащие объект кукурузы MON87429, демонстрируют толерантность к ингибиторам ацетил-КоА-карбоксилазы (ACC) в арилоксифенокси пропионатной (ФОП) группе; синтетическим ауксинам; ингибиторам глутаминсинтетазы и ингибиторам 5-енолпирувилшикимат-3-фосфат синтазы (EPSPS).
