Abstract
Предлагаются композиции и способы повышения устойчивости растений пшеницы к ржавчине стеблей пшеницы, вызываемой Puccinia graminis f. sp. Tritici. Композиции включают молекулы нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующие продукты гена устойчивости (R) и их варианты, и растения, семена и растительные клетки, включающие такие молекулы нуклеиновой кислоты. Способы повышения устойчивости растения пшеницы к ржавчине стеблей пшеницы включают введение молекулы нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующей продукт R-гена, в клетку растения пшеницы. Дополнительно предлагаются методы применения растений пшеницы в сельском хозяйстве для ограничения ржавчины стеблей пшеницы.
