Abstract
Настоящее изобретение предусматривает моноклональные антитела или их антигенсвязывающие фрагменты, которые связываются с белком, представляющим собой гемагглютинин (НА) вируса гриппа, фармацевтические композиции, содержащие антитела, и способы применения. Антитела по настоящему изобретению применимы для подавления или нейтрализации активности вируса гриппа, обеспечивая таким образом средство для лечения или предупреждения инфекции, вызываемой вирусом гриппа, у людей. В некоторых вариантах осуществления настоящее изобретение предусматривает применение одного или более антител, которые связываются с НА вируса гриппа для предотвращения прикрепления и/или проникновения вируса в клетки-хозяева. Антитела по настоящему изобретению можно применять с профилактической или терапевтической целью и их можно применять отдельно или в комбинации с одним или более другими противовирусными средствами или вакцинами.
