Обеспечивается способ получения горючего масла, причем способ предусматривает добавление и смешивание: горючего масла на нефтяной основе; воды с окислительно-восстановительным потенциалом -300 мВ или менее, pH 9,0 или более и концентрацией растворенного водорода 0,8 части на миллион или более; жирного масла и активированного угля с получением смеси.
