Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине и может быть использовано в онкологии, а также в нейрохирургии, травматологии, неврологии, реабилитации. Задачей заявленной группы изобретений является создание нового способа локального воздействия на биологические ткани и нового тканезамещающего аппликатора, обеспечивающих как разрушение так и замещение ткани опухоли восстановленной биологической тканью при отсутствии внешнего воздействия (переменного магнитного поля, нагревания и т.д.). Поставленная задача решена за счет применения пористого политетрафторэтилена в качестве цитостатика. Поставленная задача решена также за счет применения пористого политетрафторэтилена для изготовления тканезамещающего аппликатора, предназначенного для лечения или замещения ткани опухоли. Поставленная задача в способе локального воздействия на биологические ткани, включающем размещение в непосредственном контакте с биологической тканью, подлежащей воздействию, тканезамещающего аппликатора, изготовленного из полимерного материала, решена тем, что в качестве полимерного материала используют пористый политетрафторэтилен.
