Abstract
Способ выщелачивания минерального дисперсного материала, включающий следующие этапы: подача минерального дисперсного материала на стадию выщелачивания (10), на которой по меньшей мере один ценный металл из минерального дисперсного материала выщелачивается в выщелачивающий раствор, образуя обогащенный выщелачивающий раствор и твердый остаток, содержащий нерастворенное минеральное вещество, причем стадия выщелачивания проводится в таких условиях, чтобы на стадии выщелачивания образовывалась элементарная сера, причем гранулы или частицы, которые захватывают элементарную серу, добавляются на стадии выщелачивания или добавляются в суспензию со стадии выщелачивания, так что элементарная сера поглощается или собирается на гранулах или частицах, отделение гранул или частиц от обогащенного выщелачивающего раствора и твердого остатка. Гранулы или частицы могут быть обработаны для удаления серы, и гранулы или частицы возвращают на стадию выщелачивания. Альтернативно, минералы не обязательно содержат растворимый компонент и могут представлять собой тугоплавкий сульфид железа и/или мышьяка, содержащий драгоценные металлы, что требует окисления перед дальнейшими обычными процессами, такими, как цианирование.
