Abstract
Холодильная плита (10) для металлургической печи включает в себя корпус (12) с передней плоскостью (18) и противоположной задней плоскостью (20), причем корпус (12) имеет внутри себя по меньшей мере один охлаждающий канал (14). Охлаждающий канал (14) имеет отверстие в задней плоскости (20), и питающая труба (28) хладагента присоединена к задней плоскости (20) и находится в гидравлическом соединении с охлаждающим каналом (14). В процессе эксплуатации передняя плоскость (18) обращена в сторону внутреннего пространства печи. Согласно изобретению внутри охлаждающего канала (14) расположена по меньшей мере одна трубка (32) аварийного охлаждения, причем трубка (32) аварийного охлаждения имеет поперечное сечение, меньшее, чем поперечное сечение охлаждающего канала (14). Трубка (32) аварийного охлаждения имеет концевой участок (34) с соединительными средствами (36) для подсоединения к нему трубы (38) аварийной подачи. Причем при эксплуатации в аварийном режиме трубка (32) аварийного охлаждения механически соединена с трубой (38) аварийной подачи посредством соединительных средств (36), в то время как при эксплуатации в нормальном режиме соединительные средства (36) трубки (32) аварийного охлаждения механически отсоединены от трубы (38) аварийной подачи. Изобретение относится также к применению холодильной плиты (10).
