Abstract
Предложено флотационное устройство для обработки частиц минеральной руды, взвешенных в пульпе. Устройство содержит линию (10) первичной флотации с узлом (11) грубой флотации, содержащим по меньшей мере две флотационные камеры (111a, 111b) флотации, и с узлом (12) контрольной флотации, содержащем по меньшей мере две флотационные камеры (112a, 112b) флотации, и линию (20) вторичной флотации, содержащую по меньшей мере две флотационные камеры (210a, 210b). Первая камера (210a) вторичной флотации выполнена с возможностью получения первичного верхнего продукта (51а) по меньшей мере из одной камеры (111a) первичной грубой флотации, а последующая камера (210b) вторичной флотации выполнена с возможностью получения первичного верхнего продукта (51b) из указанной по меньшей мере последующей камеры (111b) первичной грубой флотации. Указанная последующая камера (210b) вторичной флотации расположена в проточном сообщении с предыдущей камерой (210a) вторичной флотации, при этом нижний продукт (42a) из первой камеры (210a) вторичной флотации может протекать в указанную последующую камеру (210b) вторичной флотации или может быть объединен с вторичным нижним продуктом (42b) из указанной последующей камеры вторичной флотации.
