Abstract

Se presenta un sistema para concentrar mezclas de partículas de material hidrófobo e hidrófilo en un medio fluido; el sistema comprende una cámara de separación que comprende tres o más compartimientos de procesamiento en serie; cada compartimento de procesamiento comprende un colector para la introducción de agua de oscilación que comprende una mezcla de agua y burbujas de aire, sólidos en suspensión que forman un lecho fluidizado que se crea por el movimiento ascendente del agua de oscilación a través de los sólidos suspendidos; y cada compartimento de procesamiento es operable independientemente; un lavador de rebose está situado por encima de la cámara de separación y un compartimiento de deshidratación está situado por debajo de la cámara de separación.
