Abstract
Изобретение относится к рекомбинантным ферментам гликозилтрансферазам (ГТ), полипептидам, имеющим активность ГТ, и полинуклеотидам, кодирующим эти ферменты, а также к векторам и клеткам-хозяевам, содержащим такие полинуклеотиды и полипептиды. Настоящее изобретение относится к рекомбинантным ферментам сахарозосинтазам (СС), полипептидам, имеющим активность СС, и полинуклеотидам, кодирующим эти ферменты, а также к векторам и клеткам-хозяевам, содержащим такие полинуклеотиды и полипептиды. Настоящее изобретение также относится к композициям, содержащим ферменты ГТ, и способам применения рекомбинантных ферментов ГТ для получения продуктов с -глюкозными связями. Кроме того, настоящее изобретение относится к композициям и способам получения ребаудиозидов (например, ребаудиозида М, ребаудиозида А, ребаудиозида I и ребаудиозида D). Настоящее изобретение также относится к композициям, содержащим ферменты СС, и способам их применения. Также предложены способы получения ферментов ГТ и СС.
