Настоящее изобретение также относится к композициям, содержащим ферменты ГТ, и способам применения рекомбинантных ферментов ГТ для получения продуктов с -глюкозными связями. Кроме того, настоящее изобретение относится к композициям и способам получения ребаудиозидов (например, ребаудиозида М, ребаудиозида А, ребаудиозида I и ребаудиозида D). Настоящее изобретение также относится к композициям, содержащим ферменты СС, и способам их применения. Также предложены способы получения ферментов ГТ и СС.
