Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к "разовым" стержням для использования при литье под высоким давлением, причем стержни предпочтительно содержат водорастворимый синтетический керамический заполнитель, имеющий подходящую прочность и выдерживающий различные давления и температуры литья, неорганическое связующее, содержащее силикат натрия, добавку, содержащую аморфный диоксид кремния в виде частиц, и огнеупорное покрытие, причем стержни выполнены с возможностью удаления из отливки путем растворения в воде.
