Abstract
Изобретение относится к аппаратам ультразвуковой сварки, содержащим сонотрод (1), закрепленный на усилителе (12), который, в свою очередь, прикреплен к преобразователю (13), на котором закреплена головка (2), отличающаяся тем, что содержит внешний корпус (3), расположенный вокруг сонотрода (1), который вместе с этим сонотродом ограничивает кольцевую камеру (4) для циркуляции сжатого воздуха, и имеет зубчатое отверстие в переднем конце (31) для выхода сжатого воздуха и охлаждения сонотрода (1). При этом задняя часть (32) указанного наружного корпуса (3) находится на головке (2), которая может двигаться в осевом направлении, образуя прижимную пластину, оказывающую давление - благодаря действию устройств для сдавливания (51) - на детали (P1, P2), подлежащие сварке, в периферийной зоне рядом с зоной сварки, прежде чем кончик (11) сонотрода (1) вступит в контакт с упомянутыми деталями, подлежащими сварке.
