Abstract
Настоящее изобретение касается способа изготовления стеклянных подложек со сниженным внутренним отражением с помощью ионной имплантации, предусматривающего ионизацию исходного газа N, O, Ar и/или He с образованием таким образом смеси однозарядных и многозарядных ионов N, O, Ar и/или He, образующих пучок однозарядных и многозарядных ионов N, O, Ar и/или He, путем ускорения при ускоряющем напряжении, составляющем от 15 до 60 кВ, и ионной дозе, составляющей от 10до 10ионов/см. Настоящее изобретение дополнительно касается стеклянных подложек, характеризующихся сниженным внутренним отражением, содержащих область, обработанную с помощью ионной имплантации с помощью смеси однозарядных и многозарядных ионов согласно данному способу.
