Abstract
Настоящее изобретение касается способа изготовления поддающихся термической обработке противоотражающих стеклянных подложек с помощью ионной имплантации, включающего выбор исходного газа N, Oили Ar, ионизацию исходного газа с образованием таким образом смеси однозарядных и многозарядных ионов Ar, N или O, образование пучка однозарядных и многозарядных ионов Ar, N или O посредством ускорения с помощью ускоряющего напряжения, составляющего от 15 до 60 кВ, и установку ионной дозы до значения, составляющего от 7,5×10до 7,5×10ионов/см. Настоящее изобретение дополнительно касается поддающихся термической обработке и термически обработанных противоотражающих стеклянных подложек, содержащих участок, обработанный посредством ионной имплантации с помощью смеси однозарядных и многозарядных ионов согласно данному способу.
