Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к производным 3-имино-5-метил-1,2,4-тиадиазинан-1,1-диоксида, замещенных в 5-м положении фенильным фрагментом, который, в свою очередь, является замещенным в мета-положении необязательно замещенной ненасыщенной конденсированной бициклической гетероароматической кольцевой системой, содержащей по меньшей мере один атом азота, которые являются селективными ингибиторами активности плазмепсина V, полезными для применения в качестве фармацевтических средств, в особенности для лечения малярии.
