Abstract

Изобретение предлагает полинуклеотидные конструкции для регуляции экспрессии генов с помощью основанной на аптамерах модуляции опосредованного малыми ядерными рибонуклеопротеинами (мяРНП) U1 подавления полиаденилирования и способы использования указанных конструкций для регуляции экспрессии генов в ответ на присутствие или отсутствие лиганда, который связывается с аптамером. Указанная полинуклеотидная конструкция содержит сайт связывания U1 в контексте рибопереключателя, содержащего эффекторную область и аптамер, такие, что, когда аптамер связывается с лигандом, происходит экспрессия гена-мишени.
