Abstract

La invención proporciona construcciones de polinucleótidos para regular la expresión génica mediante modulación a base de aptámeros de la supresión de poliadenilación mediada por RNPpn Ul, así como métodos para utilizar las construcciones para regular la expresión génica en respuesta a la presencia o ausencia de un ligando que se una al aptámero.
