Abstract
Предложена литейная конструкционная низколегированная марганцовистая сталь с повышенной твёрдостью и износостойкостью и изделие, изготовленное из неё. В частности, предложенная сталь после проведения обычной объёмной закалки с последующим отпуском обладает твёрдостью примерно от 418 до 512 HB и подходит для применения в железнодорожном машиностроении, в частности для изготовления деталей тележек грузовых вагонов, таких как клин фрикционный. Благодаря улучшенным показателям твёрдости и износостойкости деталей, изготовленных из стали согласно настоящему изобретению, обеспечивается, в частности, увеличение межремонтного срока службы пары трения "клин фрикционный-планка фрикционная" без значительного удорожания деталей.
