Abstract

Здесь предложены устройства термоуправления, предназначенные для обеспечения улучшенных управления и КПД при проведении циклирования по температуре. Такое устройство термоуправления может содержать термоэлектрический охладитель, управляемый скоординированно с другим устройством терморегулирования, чтобы контролировать противоположную поверхность термоэлектрического охладителя и/или микросреду. Некоторые такие устройства термоуправления содержат первый и второй термоэлектрические охладители, разделенные теплоконденсатором. Устройство термоуправления может быть выполнено в планарной конфигурации со средством тепловой связи с плоским реакционным сосудом анализатора образца для использования при термоциклировании в полимеразной цепной реакции образца текучей среды в реакционном сосуде.
