Abstract
Изобретение относится к устройству для обезвоживания сырьевого материала, который является текучим или сыпучим, например, древесной стружки, посредством его спрессовывания, содержащему корпус (10) с обечайкой (15, 16), в которой вал с лопастями (13), проходящими по его периферии, вращается вокруг оси вращения, при этом сырьевой материал перемещается через корпус (10) и спрессовывается, и выдавленная жидкость отводится из устройства через отверстия (17) в обечайке (15, 16), и при этом предусмотрена внутренняя труба. Оно, главным образом, отличается тем, что внутренняя труба сформирована из сегментов (21, 22) с отверстиями (25), при этом наружная поверхность сегментов (21, 22) опирается непосредственно на внутреннюю поверхность обечайки (15, 16), и отверстия (25) в сегментах (21, 22) расположены над отверстиями (17) в обечайке (15, 16), при этом сегменты (21, 22) изготовлены из износостойкого литого или спеченного материала. Изобретение также относится к сегменту внутренней трубы для устройства, описанного выше, отличающемуся тем, что сегмент (21, 22) изготовлен из износостойкого литого или спеченного материала. Устройство и сегмент данного вида могут быть использованы для низкозатратного восстановления изношенных компонентов в устройствах для обезвоживания.
