Abstract
Описана композиция фенольной смолы для применения в полиуретановом Cold-Box- и/или No-Bake-способе. Композиция фенольной смолы включает ортоконденсированный фенольный резол с этерифицированными и/или свободными метилольными группами в общем количестве от 40 до 60 мас.% по отношению к общей массе композиции фенольной смолы, свободный формальдегид в количестве меньше 0,1 мас.%, по отношению к общей массе композиции фенольной смолы, один или более продуктов реакции формальдегида с одним или более соединениями типа C-H-кислотного реагента, дополнительные компоненты в общем количестве по меньшей мере 38 мас.%, при этом количество воды в композиции фенольной смолы не больше 1,0 мас.% по отношению к общей массе композиции фенольной смолы. Также описаны двухкомпонентная система связующих веществ для применения в полиуретановом Cold-Box-и/или No-Bake-способе, применение C-H-кислотного соединения в качестве акцептора формальдегида для получения композиции фенольной смолы для применения в полиуретановом Cold-Box- и/или No-Bake-способе, способ получения композиции фенольной смолы, способ получения двухкомпонентной системы связующих веществ и способ получения подающего элемента, литейной формы или литейного стержня из смеси формовочного материала, а также соответствующие подающий элемент, литейная форма и литейный стержень.
