Abstract
a invenção refere-se a uma composição ligante alcalina aquosa para cura com gás de dióxido de carbono, compreendendo uma resina de aldeído-fenol negativamente carregada ou não carregada, compreendendo grupo fenol, que é selecionado a partir do grupo consistindo de resóis e misturas compreendendo um ou mais resóis e também um ou mais novolacs; um oxiânion, selecionado a partir do grupo consistindo de íons borato, íons aluminato, íons estanato, íons zirconato, íons titanato, e misturas dos mesmos, para formação de um complexo estável com a resina aldeído-fenol resol; e um ou mais silanos, em uma quantidade total na faixa de 2,5 a 10% em peso com base na massa total da composição ligante, onde a quantidade molar total dos grupos fenólicos da resina aldeído-fenol na composição ligante alcalina aquosa está na faixa de 1 a 3 mol/kg, com base na massa total da composição ligante alcalina aquosa. a invenção refere-se, além disso, a um uso correspondente, a uma mistura de moldagem para produzir um molde de fundição, e também a um método correspondente para produzir o molde de função, e a um molde de fundição correspondente.
