Abstract

В заявке описана грибная клетка, такая как клетка дрожжей, обладающая способностью расти при совместном культивировании с Propionibacterium. Кроме того, описаны способы получения указанных клеток и ферментационные процессы, в которых применяют грибную клетку, предлагаемую в изобретении, и Propionibacterium для совместного культивирования. Указанное совместное культивирование существенно снижает нагрузку по химической потребности в кислороде отходов ферментационного бульона.
