Предложена прозрачная панель (1) согласно фиг. 1 с электрически нагреваемым покрытием (8), которое соединено с двумя коллекторными электродами (11, 11''') таким образом, что при приложении питающего напряжения ток нагрева протекает через поле (12) нагрева, образованное между коллекторными электродами (11, 11'''), причем поле (12) содержит свободную от покрытия зону (14), которая ограничена краем (17) зоны (14), образованным, по меньшей мере, на участках нагреваемым покрытием (8), причем один из обоих коллекторных электродов (11, 11''') разделен на две отделенные друг от друга частичные области (11', 11''), от каждой из двух частичных областей (11', 11'') линия (16, 16') электропитания ведет к дополнительному электроду (15), причем по меньшей мере одна линия (16, 16') электропитания, по меньшей мере, на участках проходит в свободной от покрытия зоне (14), в свободной от покрытия краевой полосе (9), в частичной области (8', 8'') покрытия (8) вне поля (12) нагрева и/или на, и/или в крае (17) зоны свободной от покрытия зоны (14), причем дополнительный электрод (15) электрически соединен с двумя линиями (16, 16') электропитания и с участком (22) поля (12) нагрева и/или дополнительный электрод (15) разделен на две отделенные друг от друга частичные области (15', 15''), причем каждая из двух частичных областей (15', 15'') электрически соединена соответственно с линией (16, 16') электропитания, а также с участком (22) поля (12) нагрева между коллекторными электродами (11, 11'''); способ ее изготовления и ее применение.
