Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к новым кристаллическим твердым формам химического соединения N-{4-[(6,7-диметоксихинолин-4-ил)окси]фенил}-N'-(4-фторфенил)циклопропан-1,1-дикарбоксамида (Соединения 1) и его сольватам, в том числе гидратам, которые являются применимыми для лечения рака. Также описываются фармацевтические композиции, содержащие кристаллические твердые формы, и способы получения кристаллических твердых форм, а также способы их применения для лечения рака, в частности рака щитовидной железы, рака предстательной железы, гепатоцеллюлярного рака, рака почек и немелкоклеточной карциномы легких. Кристаллические твердые формы могут применяться для получения L-малатной соли кабозантиниба.
