Abstract
Настоящее изобретение описывает способ детектирования кастрационно-резистентного рака предстательной железы (CRPC) у пациента, страдающего от рака предстательной железы, содержащий: (а) осуществление непосредственного анализа, содержащего иммунофлуоресцентное окрашивание и морфологическую характеризацию ядросодержащих клеток в образце крови, полученном от пациента, для детектирования циркулирующих опухолевых клеток (СТС), (b) определение распространенности субпопуляции СТС, связанной с CRPC, содержащее детектирование измеримого признака каждого биомаркера в панели морфологических и белковых биомаркеров, и (с) сравнение распространенности упомянутой субпопуляции СТС с предварительно определенным пороговым значением, причем распространенность субпопуляции СТС, связанной с CRPC, выше упомянутого предварительно определенного порогового значения является признаком CRPC. В некоторых вариантах осуществления субпопуляция СТС, связанная с CRPC, содержит CK-СТС. В некоторых вариантах осуществления субпопуляция СТС, связанная с CRPC, содержит маленькие СТС. В дополнительных вариантах осуществления способы настоящего изобретения дополнительно содержат молекулярный анализ СТС.
