Abstract
Изобретение предлагает способы диагностирования рака легкого у субъекта, включающие (а) получение данных о циркулирующих опухолевых клетках (СТС) из образца крови, полученного от субъекта, на основании непосредственного анализа, включающего иммунофлуоресцентное окрашивание и морфологические характеристики ядросодержащих клеток в образце, причем СТС идентифицируют в контексте окружающих ядросодержащих клеток на основании комбинации иммунофлуоресцентного окрашивания и морфологических характеристик; (b) получение клинических данных для субъекта; (с) объединение данных о СТС с клиническими данными для диагностирования рака легкого у субъекта.
