Abstract

Нутрицевтическая композиция на основе пищевых продуктов растительного происхождения, предназначенная для приготовления продуктов питания, содержащая воду; ионы натрия, калия, железа, кальция и марганца; ретинол, ретиноиды; тиамин; рибофлавин; ниацин; пантотеновую кислоту; аскорбиновую кислоту; растворимые растительные волокна, при этом указанная композиция характеризуется тем, что для получения указанной нутрицевтической композиции указанные вещества привнесены посредством применения пищевых продуктов растительного происхождения, таких как клубень(клубни) Solarium tuberosum, плод(плоды) Cucurbita pepo, корень(корни) Daucus carota, плод(плоды) Allium сера, плод(плоды) Capsicum, оливкового масла холодного отжима экстракласса, поваренной соли, семя(семена) Prunus dulcis, при этом указанные пищевые продукты растительного происхождения соответственно присутствуют в соотношениях 3:2:2:1:0,15:0,14:0,132:0,02, рассчитанных по весу применяемой съедобной части указанных пищевых продуктов растительного происхождения.
