Изобретение относится к области транспортного машиностроения и касается фрикционных амортизаторов транспортных средств, преимущественно железнодорожного состава. Задача - повышение надежности и эффективности работы фрикционного амортизатора. Фрикционный амортизатор (фиг. 3) содержит корпус (1) с днищем (4) и с образованной его стенками (3) горловиной (2), в которой расположено выполненное с возможностью своего сжатия возвратно-подпорное устройство (5), контактирующее с фрикционным узлом (7), состоящим из нажимного клина (10) и контактирующих с ним распорных клиньев (11). В горловине (2) корпуса (1) расположены направляющие пластины (12) в контакте с распорными клиньями (11), а также с подвижными пластинами (13), которые расположены в контакте со стенками (3) корпуса (1) и снабжены выступами (9), между которыми и расположены направляющие пластины (12), установленные на внутренних выступах (20) корпуса (1). На обращенных к распорным клиньям (11) поверхностях направляющих пластин (12) выполнены расположенные вдоль них выборки (V), охватывающие возвратно-подпорное устройство (5). Выборки (V) в направляющих пластинах (12) могут быть выполнены криволинейной формы, и они могут быть расположены не по всей их ширине. Расстояние (Lv) от торцов направляющих пластин (12), расположенных ближе к днищу (4) корпуса (1) до расположенных ближе к горловине (2) корпуса (1) границ (s) выборок (V) направляющих пластин (12) может составлять более половины их длины (Lo). В стенках (3) корпуса (1) выполнены зацепы (16), между которыми могут быть выполнены выемки (21). In the neck (2) of the housing (1) there are guiding plates (12) in contact with the spacer wedges (11), as well as with movable plates (13), which are located in contact with the walls (3) of the housing (1) and provided with protrusions ( 9), between which are located the guide plates (12), mounted on the inner lugs (20) of the housing (1). On the surfaces of the guide plates (12) facing the spacer wedges (11), samples (V) arranged along them are made, covering the reciprocating support device (5). Samples (V) in the guide plates (12) can be made in a curved shape, and they may not be located across their entire width. The distance (Lv) from the ends of the guide plates (12) located closer to the bottom (4) of the body (1) to those located closer to the neck (2) of the body (1) of the boundaries (s) of the samples (V) of the guide plates (12) may be more than half their length (Lo). Hooks (16) are made in the walls (3) of the body (1), between which recesses (21) can be made. The walls (3) of the housing (1) can also be formed from liners (8) located in contact with the movable plates (13). The pressure wedge (10) can be fixed in the body (1) with its hooks (15) and the hooks (16) of its walls (3).
