Abstract
Представлены композиции и способы для модулирования мужской фертильности у растения. Композиции содержат нуклеотидные последовательности и их активные фрагменты и варианты, которые модулируют мужскую фертильность. Дополнительно представлены кассеты экспрессии, содержащие полинуклеотиды, определяющие мужскую фертильность, или их активные фрагменты или варианты, функционально связанные с промотором, где экспрессия полинуклеотидов модулирует мужскую фертильность растения. Представлены различные способы, при помощи которых осуществляют модулирование уровня и/или активности последовательностей, влияющих на мужскую фертильность, в растении или части растения. В определенных вариантах осуществления растение является полиплоидным.
