Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу приготовления геля на основе полифенолов гранатовой кожуры для лечения гинекологических воспалений. Изготовление данного геля осуществляется на основе экстракта полифенолов гранатовой кожуры в качестве сырья при добавлении вспомогательных веществ - фармацевтически приемлемого материала матрицы геля - карбомера, гипромеллозы или натриевой карбоксиметилцеллюлозы, пропиленгликоля или смеси глицерина и пропиленгликоля в качестве увлажнителя и твин в качестве солюбилизатора. Консервантом является метилпарабен или этиловый эфир парагидроксибензойной кислоты, а регулятором рН - триэтаноламин. Готовят экстракт полифенолов гранатовой кожуры, затем его растворяют в увлажнителях и/или солюбилизаторах и добавляют в диспергируемый материал матрицы геля, равномерно диспергируют, потом добавляют консерванты и оставшуюся воду и равномерно перемешивают, доводят до рН 4,0-5,0, таким образом получая гель на основе полифенолов гранатовой кожуры. Гель, полученный данным способом, используется для профилактики и лечения таких гинекологических воспалений, как вагинит или цервицит, вызванных бактериями, и обладает следующими характеристиками: удобство применения препарата, лучшее поглощение и высокая эффективность.The present invention relates to a method for preparing a gel based on polyphenols of pomegranate peels for the treatment of gynecological inflammation. The gel obtained by this method is used for the prevention and treatment of gynecological inflammations, such as vaginitis or cervicitis caused by bacteria, and has the following characteristics: ease of use of the drug, better absorption and high efficiency.
