Abstract

Способ вентиляции с управлением давлением для турбинного аппарата искусственной вентиляции легких содержит следующие шаги: включение аппарата искусственной вентиляции легких, при этом блок управления аппарата искусственной вентиляции легких управляет двигателем турбины так, чтобы он вращался с частотой U вращения, при этом двигатель турбины обеспечивает аппарат искусственной вентиляции легких газом высокого давления; блок определения определяет состояние дыхания пациента, если пациент находится в состоянии вдоха, выполняется переход к управлению на фазе вдоха, если пациент находится в состоянии выдоха, выполняется переход к управлению на фазе выдоха; давление воздуха на фазе вдоха управляется блоком управления путем управления задающим напряжением Vвдыхательного клапана для регулировки степени открытия вдыхательного клапана, при этом положительное значение давления в конце выдоха на фазе выдоха управляется блоком управления путем управления задающим напряжением Vвыдыхательного клапана для регулировки степени открытия выдыхательного клапана, и если подача воздуха аппаратом искусственной вентиляции легких пациенту из внешнего источника прекращается, то аппарат искусственной вентиляции легких отключают. Данный способ реализует синхронное управление частотой вращения двигателя турбины в реальном времени и управление в реальном времени входными напряжениями вдыхательного клапана и выдыхательного клапана аппарата искусственной вентиляции легких, посредством чего решается задача точного управления частотой вращения двигателя и целевым давлением.
