Abstract

Способ вентиляции, управляемой по объему, в аппарате искусственной вентиляции легких на основе турбины обеспечивает вентиляцию, управляемую по объему, для аппарата искусственной вентиляции легких посредством управления скоростью вращения двигателя турбины, управления фазой вдоха и управления фазой выдоха. Способ включает следующие основные шаги: аппарат искусственной вентиляции легких запускают, блок управления в аппарате искусственной вентиляции легких посылает команду управления для управления скоростью вращения U на привод турбины, привод турбины приводит в действие двигатель турбины, затем блок управления определяет состояние дыхания пациента, и, если пациент нуждается во вдыхании воздуха, переходят к управлению фазой вдоха, а если пациент нуждается в выдыхании воздуха, то переходят к управлению фазой выдоха, причем управление фазой вдоха осуществляется блоком управления, который подает управляющее напряжение V, чтобы регулировать степень открытия клапана вдоха, и управление фазой выдоха осуществляется блоком управления, который подает управляющее напряжение V, чтобы регулировать степень открытия клапана выдоха. Посредством комбинации некоторых рабочих параметров аппарата искусственной вентиляции легких с регулированием скорости вращения двигателя турбины способ осуществляет управление с постоянным потоком и синхронное управление двигателем турбины в реальном времени, таким образом позволяя обеспечить подачу воздуха в аппарат искусственной вентиляции легких двигателем турбины в полевых условиях, где не может быть обеспечена централизованная подача воздуха.
