Abstract
Изобретение касается способа окисления SOдо SO, включающего следующие этапы: (а) направление потока исходного газа, содержащего SOи О, в каталитически активный материал, (b) окисление определенного количества SOв указанном технологическом газе до SOв присутствии каталитически активного материала, в результате чего получают первый окисленный технологический газ, (с) осуществление реакции SOс водой, (d) конденсирование HSO, (е) извлечение первого десульфурированного технологического газа и первого потока серной кислоты, (f) извлечение десульфурированного рециркулируемого потока из десульфурированного технологического газа, причем рециркулируемый поток добавляют к указанному потоку исходного газа или к указанному потоку первого окисленного технологического газа, причем с этим связано преимущество снижения молярного расхода технологического газа после извлечения рециркулируемого потока и до точки смешивания.
