Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "produção de ácido sulfúrico com reciclagem de gás dessulfurizado". a presente invenção refere-se ao processo para oxidação de so2 para so3 compreendendo as etapas de (a) dirigir um fluxo de gás de alimentação compreendendo so2 e o2 para um material cataliticamente ativo, (b) oxidar uma quantidade do dito so2 no dito gás do processo para so3 na presença do material cataliticamente ativo, provendo um primeiro gás do processo oxidado, (c) reagir so3 com água, (d) condensar h2so4, (e) remover um primeiro gás do processo dessulfurizado e um primeiro fluxo de ácido sulfúrico, (f) a partir do gás do processo dessulfurizado remover um fluxo de reciclagem de gás do processo dessulfurizado, em que o fluxo de reciclagem é adicionado ao dito fluxo de gás de alimentação ou o dito primeiro gás oxidado do processo com o benefício associado de reduzir o fluxo molar do gás do processo a jusante removendo o fluxo de reciclagem e a montante o ponto de misturar.
