Abstract
Изобретение относится к области трансформации растений генами, придающими толерантность к глифосату. В частности, изобретение относится к растению маиса (кукурузы), трансформированному геном, кодирующим ЕПШФС, для обеспечения устойчивости растений к применению глифосата в условиях, когда этот гербицид эффективен для уничтожения сорняков. В частности, изобретение относится к уникальному трансформационному событию VCO-∅1981-5, включающему генетическую конструкцию, и средствам, наборам и способам обнаружения присутствия указанного уникального трансформационного события.
