Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения химически чистого продукта БТК из смешанного сырьевого потока, содержащего С-С-углеводороды, путём контактирования упомянутого сырьевого потока в присутствии водорода с катализатором, обладающим активностью в гидрокрекинге/гидрообессеривании. Конкретно, предложен способ получения продукта БТК из сырьевого потока, содержащего С-С-углеводороды, включающий в себя следующие стадии: (а) контактирование упомянутого сырьевого потока в присутствии водорода с объединённым катализатором гидрокрекинга/гидрообессеривания для получения потока продуктов гидрокрекинга, содержащего продукт БТК; и (b) отделение продукта БТК от потока продуктов гидрокрекинга. Катализатор гидрокрекинга/гидрообессеривания содержит 0,1-1 мас.% металла, активного в гидрировании, по отношению к общей массе катализатора. Катализатор гидрокрекинга/гидрообессеривания дополнительно включает цеолит, имеющий размер пор 5-8Å и мольное отношение диоксида кремния (SiO) к оксиду алюминия (AlO), составляющее 5-200. Условия гидрокрекинга/гидрообессеривания включают в себя температуру 450-580°С, давление 300-5000 кПа изб. и массовую часовую скорость потока 0,1-10 ч.
