Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения бензола, включающему в себя стадии: (a) разделения исходного потока сырья, содержащего C-C-углеводороды, в том числе бензол и алкилбензолы, на первый поток сырья, содержащий большую долю бензола, чем исходный поток сырья, и второй поток сырья, содержащий меньшую долю бензола, чем исходный поток сырья, и затем (b) контактирования первого потока сырья в присутствии водорода с первым катализатором гидрокрекинга, содержащим 0,01-1 мас.% гидрирующего металла по отношению к общей массе катализатора и цеолит, характеризующийся размером пор 5-8 Å и мольным отношением диоксида кремния (SiO) к оксиду алюминия (AlO), составляющим 5-200, в первых условиях способа для получения первого потока продуктов, содержащего бензол, при этом первые условия способа включают в себя температуру 425-580°С, давление 300-5000 кПа изб. и массовую часовую объёмную скорость 0,1-15 ч, и (c) контактирования второго потока сырья с водородом во вторых условиях способа для получения второго потока продуктов, содержащего бензол, при этом i) вторые условия способа являются подходящими для гидрокрекинга, а стадия (с) заключает в себе контактирование второго потока сырья в присутствии водорода со вторым катализатором гидрокрекинга, содержащим 0,01-1 мас.% гидрирующего металла по отношению к общей массе катализатора и цеолит, характеризующийся размером пор 5-8 Å и мольным отношением диоксида кремния (SiO) к оксиду алюминия (AlO), составляющим 5-200, во вторых условиях способа, которые включают в себя температуру 300-600°С, давление 300-5000 кПа изб. и массовую часовую объёмную скорость 0,1-15 ч, ii) вторые условия способа являются подходящими для диспропорционирования толуола и заключают в себе контактирование второго потока сырья с катализатором диспропорционирования толуола или iii) вторые условия способа являются подходящими для гидродеалкилирования.
