Abstract

Заявка относится к системе (10, 100) охлаждения и сухой фильтрации технологического газа, выработанного в процессе плавки ферросплава. Система (10, 100) включает устройство (20) сухой фильтрации технологического газа, содержащее фильтровальную камеру (22), в которой установлен фильтровальный элемент (24). Технологический газ вводится в фильтровальную камеру через вход подающей магистрали (26) и направляется на фильтровальный элемент (24). После фильтрации на фильтровальном элементе (24) фильтрованный технологический газ выпускается через выпускную магистраль (28). Устройство (20) содержит также вход (32) очистного газа, предназначенный для подачи очистного газа в фильтровальную камеру (22) с целью удаления твердых частиц, задержанных в фильтровальном элементе (24). Удаленные твердые частицы накапливаются в выпускной камере (34), расположенной под фильтровальной камерой (22), перед выгрузкой в сборный бункер (38), установленный под выпускной камерой (34). Выравнивающая труба (46), проходящая между фильтровальной камерой (22) и сборным бункером (38), используется для регулирования разницы давлений между фильтровальной камерой (22) и сборным бункером (38) в процессе управления выгрузкой твердых частиц.
