Abstract
Un sistema configurado para filtrar de manera pasiva materiales radioactivos de un flujo puede comprender uno o más dispositivos de remoción de particulados; uno o más dispositivos de remoción de agua; y/o uno o más dispositivos de remoción de radionúclidos; por lo menos uno o más de los dispositivos de remoción de particulados pueden remover de manera mecánica particulados de materiales radioactivos del flujo; por lo menos uno o más de los dispositivos de remoción de agua puede remover de manera mecánica agua del flujo; por lo menos uno o más de los dispositivos de remoción de radionúclidos puede remover aerosoles radioactivos, gases radioactivos reactivos o aerosoles radioactivos y gases radioactivos reactivos del flujo al usar medios de filtro diseñados; un filtro puede comprender un cuerpo, que incluye una entrada y una salida; el cuerpo puede estar configurado para almacenar el medio de filtro, para contener presión de las explosiones de gas y/o para permitir que el medio de filtro almacenado se mueva hacia la salida cuando la presión en la entrada aumenta.
