Удаленные твердые частицы накапливаются в выпускной камере (34), расположенной под фильтровальной камерой (22), перед выгрузкой в сборный бункер (38), установленный под выпускной камерой (34). Выравнивающая труба (46), проходящая между фильтровальной камерой (22) и сборным бункером (38), используется для регулирования разницы давлений между фильтровальной камерой (22) и сборным бункером (38) в процессе управления выгрузкой твердых частиц.The application relates to a system (10, 100) for cooling and dry filtration of a process gas generated during the smelting of a ferroalloy. The system (10, 100) includes a device (20) for dry filtration of a process gas containing a filter chamber (22) in which a filter element (24) is installed. The process gas is introduced into the filter chamber through the inlet of the supply line (26) and sent to the filter element (24). After filtration on the filter element (24), the filtered process gas is discharged through the exhaust line (28). The device (20) also contains an inlet (32) of the treatment gas, intended for supplying the treatment gas to the filter chamber (22) to remove solid particles trapped in the filter element (24). The removed solid particles accumulate in the exhaust chamber (34) located under the filter chamber (22) before unloading into the collection hopper (38) installed under the exhaust chamber (34). A leveling pipe (46) passing between the filter chamber (22) and the collection hopper (38) is used to control the pressure difference between the filter chamber (22) and the collection hopper (38) during the control of the discharge of solid particles.
