Abstract

Предложено устройство для обработки колбасной цепочки, состоящей из множества расположенных друг за другом колбас с колбасной оболочкой из органического материала, которая в зоне между двумя колбасами имеет перекрутку, при этом предусмотрено по меньшей мере одно микроволновое обрабатывающее приспособление по меньшей мере с одной камерой обработки, с которым согласовано по меньшей мере одно генерирующее микроволновое излучение приспособление для создания подлежащего подаче с помощью камеры обработки микроволнового излучения, а также по меньшей мере одно транспортировочное приспособление для транспортировки колбасной цепочки по меньшей мере через одну камеру обработки, при этом предусмотрено по меньшей мере одно измерительное приспособление (28, 29) для регистрации по меньшей мере одного измеряемого значения, которое представляет собой меру преобладающей в камере (11) обработки температуры.
