Abstract

Композиции антикоррозионных покрытий содержат связывающий полимер и пигмент, ингибирующий коррозию, на основе аморфного фосфата алюминия. Композиция содержит примерно от 1 до 25 мас.% аморфного фосфата алюминия. Аморфный фосфат алюминия имеет адсорбционный потенциал для воды примерно до 25 мас.% воды. Композиция обеспечивает контролируемую доставку фосфата примерно от 50 до 500 ч/млн, а предпочтительно, примерно от 100 до 200 ч/млн. Композиция имеет растворимых веществ в целом меньше примерно чем 1500 ч/млн. Предпочтительно, аморфный фосфат алюминия, по существу, не содержит щелочных металлов. Аморфный фосфат алюминия получают посредством объединения гидроксида алюминия с фосфорной кислотой и алюминатом натрия. Аморфный фосфат алюминия обрабатывают для понижения уровня нежелательных растворимых веществ и обработанный аморфный фосфат алюминия сушат при температуре меньше примерно чем 300°С. Композицию используют в качестве грунтовочного покрытия, промежуточного покрытия и/или отделочного слоя покрытия.
